As a restaurant, Liath is not just one person but a group of like-minded individuals who prize the spirit of togetherness and community above all else. They inject their collective experience and passion into their craft, respecting the superb ingredients from both land and sea, always striving for perfection.

I have had the utmost fortune in working with Liath since their previous incarnation, Heron & Grey, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2016. Now Liath is a two-Michelin-star restaurant and we have continued working together in evolving their brand narrative. Liath translates into "grey” in Irish, and we created a logo and visual language system that mirrors their rich and textural offering but never overshadows it.
